Arnold Buck Elk Thunder is a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.

Using beads as his main medium, he produces many different creations.  The list includes beaded necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and medallions; also deer horn pendants, bone & bead pendants, stick hair barrettes, and beaded/horsehair key chains.
